Travel safely with Welcome Pickups
Net Safety Score
We’ve introduced a metric indicating how safe travellers feel when using our services during the COVID-19 pandemic. After every ride, we ask each traveller to leave a review.
20 minute gap between transfers
Following each ride, our drivers have at least 20 minutes to thoroughly clean the surfaces of the car and ventilate the cabin.
Regular Car Sanitisation
Our drivers thoroughly sanitise and disinfect cars according to Welcome Safety Protocol
Contactless ride
When you book, you can request to have zero contact with the driver during the transfer with just one click. In this case, the driver won’t help you with your luggage or shake hands.
Sanitiser in every car
We provide hand sanitisers and hand wipes for all our travellers. Our drivers have their own sanitiser, which they use before and after every ride

How to get a Taxi in Barcelona
Taking a taxi in Barcelona is extremely easy. Whether you prefer to walk to a rank or simply hail one from the street, you won’t have to wait long until you’re on your way. You can find standardized taxi ranks outside all of the major hubs such as hotels, bus stations, train stations, and even some tourist sites. Some of the major Barcelona taxi ranks can be found at Sants Station, Barcelona Nord, França railway station and the Exhibition Centre. Please note that taking a taxi from one of the main ranks can cost an extra €2.10 as a convenience supplement charge.
If you prefer to hail a taxi from the street, simply look for a taxi that has a green light in the window or to the side of the ‘TAXI’ sign on the roof, these cars are free. Once you spot one, simply hold out your hand and the driver will pull over to the side of the road to let you in.
Once you’re sitting comfortably in your Barcelona taxi, be sure to have the address of your destination to hand and cash in bills no bigger than €20, as taxi drivers aren’t expected to carry more than that in change.
Book your Barcelona Taxi Transfer in Advance

There’s no need to worry about hidden fees, language barriers or extra surcharges when you book a Barcelona taxi in advance.
