The airport is located 48km southeast of the capital city of Port Louis, and is home to Air Mauritius, the country’s national airline.
In order to drive from Mauritius airport to Port Louis city centre, your driver will exit the airport and head north onto the M2 motorway. After driving on the M2 for about 30 mins, you will then merge onto the M1 at Moka and continue on this road until you reach Port Louis.
