San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is a large airport with an average of 260 national and international daily departures and arrivals. It is located in Uptown Central San Antonio and is 14.5 km from Downtown San Antonio, taking just 15 minutes to reach.
To get from San Antonio airport to Downtown, your SAT airport taxi driver will exit the airport by getting on to the US-281 S from N Terminal Dr and Dee Howard Way. They will use the two lanes to turn right onto Dee Howard Way before using the left lane to merge onto US-281 S via the ramp to Downtown San Antonio. Your SAT taxi driver will then follow the US-281 S to Brooklyn Avenue before taking an exit at 141C from I-37 S. They will then take the N Alamo Street before using the local roads Downtown to get to your San Antonio hotel.
